Tornado Emergency

These are the Tornado Emergencies prior to 2005 that I have reason to believe exist but have been unable to find the actual text product that was issued. (A listing that is struck through means I now have a copy of this tornado emergency.)

UPDATE (14 November 1630 UTC): Thanks to the help of Daryl Herzmann, Jason Kaiser, and Rick Smith, I have copies of all the Tornado Emergencies, with the exception of the alleged December Tuscaloosa County one. I have only seen this listed on Wikipedia, and can’t confirm its existence. Any help would be appreciated!

UPDATE (15 November 0110 UTC): I have strong reason to believe the Tornado Emergency on 16 December 2000 below is not an actual Tornado Emergency. It appears that a television meteorologists used the phrase and it was (possibly) mistaken as originating with the NWS. The Birmingham forecast office does not mention issuing a Tornado Emergency in their write-up of this event. If anyone has the actual NWS product of this event, please let me know as soon as possible.

I will be creating a list of all known Tornado Emergencies shortly. In the mean time, check out the first post on data mining the tornado emergencies!
